Kristen Dench
Kristen has 19 years’ experience in the construction industry in New Zealand and England in both commercial and residential construction.
Kristen spent 15 years in London building complex mega structure projects. She moved back home to New Zealand in 2019 and was working in residential construction and maintenance.
Kristen values the need for health and safety to be relevant, accessible and easy to understand for everyone - so coaches and engages with people in a way that is practical, open and easy to understand.
Kristen has experience helping a large variety of organisations - from sole traders to small companies, up to large and complex organisations with overlapping duties.
