Evening of Celebration 2016

Each year Site Safe holds its annual Evening of Celebration to celebrate health and safety in the construction industry. The evening hosts Site Safe's Graduation and Construction Health and Safety Awards and is about recognising and awarding people and organisations for their hard work in making our workplaces safer.

This year the evening will be held on Wednesday November 9 at Alexandra Park, Geenlane, Auckland. Tickets are now on sale here.

Jeremy Corbett, alongside Ben Hurley from 7 days will MC the event which is sure to be agreat night out celebrating the best and brightest in construction health and safety. 

Graduation

This event is a way for us to recognise the 2016 graduates of the Site Safe Certificate in Construction Site Safety. 2016 graduates qualify for a discounted ticket price and will be awarded their certificate on the night.

Site Safe Construction Health and Safety Awards

Applications closed in September 2016 for the four award catergories. On the night the winners of the awards will be announced. The catergories are:

• The Unitec Safety Innovation Award Small to Medium Business (Small to medium organisation up to 50 employees)
• The Vertical Horizonz Safety Innovation Award Large Business (Large organisations over 50 employees)
• The Kensington Swan Safety Leadership Award (Small, medium or large business)
• The WorkSafe NZ Safety Contribution Award (Individual or small team)
