Adding a new dynamic to the board

01 Oct 2020

Site Safes newest elected member of the board is Natasha Possenniskie, Director Urban Outcomes Limited.

Natasha was elected at last month’s virtual annual general meeting on 23 September, taking up the position of Scott Lawson who has stepped down due to board rotation.

This year we had two board general director positions become available due to board rotation and received four nominations.

Natasha says she is excited to be joining the Site Safe board and committed to utilising her diverse experience within the organisation.

“I’m thrilled about joining an already experienced group and excited to bring a range of experience and new dynamic to the board.’’

Natasha has held governance roles in private sector businesses as well as within New Zealand’s public sector agencies and is a proven leader of effective and engaged teams.

“I’ve been recognised for my strong commitment to health and safety and was the first non-CEO finalist in the Executive of the Year category of the New Zealand Workplace Health and Safety Awards.

Natasha says she can bring experience to any board looking for specialist experience in growth strategies and implementation.

“Having worked in both private and public sectors in New Zealand and internationally, I have established myself as a commercially astute Director and General Manager, with extensive strategy development experience and a successful track record of implementation, delivery and growth.

“My business achievements are built on great relationships. I pride myself on my ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of all types and to grow and sustain industry relationships.”

Site Safe chair, Peter Jackson and the board says they are pleased to have Natasha and her experience on the board.
