Auckland Evening of Celebration
Our Auckland event includes an expected audience of 480 people from across the construction industry including graduates, scholarship recipients, sponsors and award winners.
The evening will include a sit down dinner, drinks, guest speaker, certificate presentations of Site Safe’s graduates in the New Zealand Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety Practice and winners of the Construction Health, Safety and Wellbeing Awards.
This year, we're excited to be hosting our event at a new location, Due Drop Events Centre, Manukau. We're equally excited to have Nigel Latta as our guest speaker and Wendy Petrie as MC.

For fourteen years, Wendy anchored the most watched television news bulletin in New Zealand, TVNZ’s 1News at 6pm. Now she fills in at the network on a variety of shows from Breakfast, Seven Sharp and Tonight enjoying more freedom to show more of her personality. She is an experienced journalist who has travelled to big events to deliver news stories such as Gallipoli to cover the one hundred year commemorations of World War One. More about Wendy |
Nigel Latta - Guest Speaker

Nigel has worked for the last two decades in a number of agencies including Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation, Sex Offender Treatment Programmes, Family therapy agencies, Child Youth and Family, Probation Services, and extensively in private practice. Nigel continues to work as a clinical psychologist in private practice consulting with organisations and agencies from throughout the country, and has lectured on a number of senior courses at the New Zealand Police College.
