Site Safe and Massey University have cemented their commitment to high-quality research into health and safety in construction.

We are pleased to announce that Site Safe and Massey University's School of Built Environment have now signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

As part of the MoU, Site Safe and Massey University will be working collaboratively to share ideas and information for research purposes, as well as creating opportunities for students to benefit from industry networks and insights.

Site Safe Chief Executive Brett Murray says, "this MoU cements the strong relationship we've been building with Massey over the past few years. This agreement will help drive further vital research into health and safety in construction which we believe will be of great benefit to our members, and to the wider industry."

The Head of the School of Built Environment at Massey University, Professor Monty Sutrisna, says, "this initiative will help provide real-world perspectives for our research and allow our students to benefit from Site Safe's extensive membership reach. Massey students will also have the opportunity to make industry connections and gain on-the-ground experience in health and safety."

Site Safe and Massey University are currently working in partnership on research into stress in construction, with initial findings expected later this year.
