Why does Site Safe need a new website?

Website technology has improved a lot since we last updated our website. There are new standards in design and accessibility that our previous website did not meet. Mobile devices are also now the most common way people access web content, and our previous site did not adapt to the mobile screen.

Our new website has been designed to meet current website design and accessibility standards and can be viewed on desktop, tablet, or mobile phone, with the same consistent user experience.

How does the new website make a difference to me?

We have built the website with feedback from users, like you, in mind. The layout of information has been built based on user feedback. This includes what users want to know and why they come to our website in the first place.

Additionally, now our website is built for browsing on a mobile device you can do everything you need wherever you are!

How do I provide feedback or report an issue on the website?

If you have feedback or need to report an issue, you can submit a customer enquiry form online, Contact Us | Site Safe, or call our customer service team, 0800 SITE SAFE (748 372).

How do I view my member benefits?

Member benefits are now included within business and personal dashboards for members and workers of member companies. This means users don't need to download a separate app to access and view the benefits available.

Do I still have to book learners into courses one at a time?

Our enhanced booking process now allows for multiple people to be booked into different courses in one go.

How can I access my Site Safe learning record?

Our new website has been integrated with our customer and learning systems so that you can access the learner portal from your personal login with a single sign-on.

All learners now have a login to the website which includes information for them to access, including their Site Safety Card, course history, and personal details. The website is also able to identify if you have already completed a course and recommend a different course to be book in to.

Additionally, now our website is built for browsing on a mobile device you can do everything you need wherever you are!

How do I download my card to a digital wallet?

You can download your Site Safety Card information to your Google or Apple wallet from your personal portal. Once it’s in your wallet, your Site Safety card information is stored on your mobile device without requiring mobile data to be on. Please note this will not pull down your course history, this information is accessed through your personal dashboard.

How do I filter by course in the course calendar?

At this time, you can filter our course calendar by location and course mode (classroom, online or VR). The ability to filter by course type is part of our programme for future website enhancements.

Where has the learner login gone?

The login on the website includes access to your personal (learner) portal, if you are also an administrator for your business, you will also see an option to access the business portal when you have logged in.

How do I access my online course?

Login to your personal portal to view upcoming courses, complete course registration, and access your online course or join your webinar.

If you don’t have a login to the portal, you’ll be invited to create one when you complete your course enrolment. If you’ve forgotten your password or username, or are having trouble logging in, get in touch with one of our team.
