Junior Graphic Designer - fixed term

  • Junior level opportunity
  • Fixed-term 12 months, full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Ngauranga, Wellington location

Site Safe is a not-for-profit membership organisation that promotes, inspires and supports health and safety in New Zealand construction.

We offer a wide range of products and services including NZQA-approved health and safety training, free guides and resources to ensure everyone is kept up-to-date with easy, accessible health and safety information. Together we are ‘Proud to be Safe’.

Our marketing and communications team needs some help! We need an extra pair of hands over the next 12 months to help out with day-to-day design work so our Graphic Designer can focus on projects. This is a great opportunity to build your experience in a corporate environment and put your design skills to good use.

This is a junior level role and would ideally suit someone with a tertiary qualification in design or a related field, or equivalent experience. The role is full-time, fixed term for 12 months.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience designing marketing and promotional collateral that is consistent with a brand
  • Experience with Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Video editing skills
  • Creativity with a good eye for detail
  • Good time management
  • The ability to hit the ground running, come up to speed quickly and adapt to the role as required

In return we’ll offer you a chance to make a real difference and work with a fun and tight knit team and flexible hours come standard.

If this sounds like you, get in touch, we’d love to hear from you today!

For further details or a confidential chat please contact Emma Kilvington on (04) 815 8871 or 021 874 140.

Applications close 5pm, Tuesday 19th October 2021.
