Safety Advisor - Northern
Safety Advisor - Northern

We’re looking for an experienced health and safety professional, with a passion for helping businesses become safer.
As one of our Safety Advisors you’ll be working alongside companies in the construction industry helping them embed health and safety behaviour and systems that make a difference. This will involve facilitating classroom and online training sessions to help improve behavioural awareness of health and safety, undertaking on-site Health and Safety Site Reviews (audits) and providing health and safety consulting services.
We’re looking for a qualified health and safety professional with a passion and experience in facilitating training. Ideally this will be backed up with a health and safety qualification, HASANZ registration and an Adult Education qualification. Knowledge of construction, or similar, industries would be an advantage.
In return for your skills, experience, and great attitude, we’ll offer ongoing training and professional development and some great benefits like health and life insurance. A vehicle will be provided for work-related travel, as this will be part of the role.

Learning Facilitator - Northern
Learning Facilitator - Northern
- Auckland Location
- Full-time role (40 hours per week)
We’re looking for an experienced Learning Facilitator with a passion for delivering engaging professional training to a wide range of audiences.
As our Learning Facilitator you will facilitate our Health and Safety training courses in both class room settings and via webinar. These vary from half day to two-day courses with people predominantly working in the construction industry, varying from worker level to senior leaders. Our training is centered around changing attitudes and behaviours, so it’s about influencing through the sharing of experiences and learnings. You’ll also be required to mark assessments to check for understanding.
We’re looking for someone who has proven experience facilitating professional training courses. This will be supported by qualifications in Adult Teaching or Education. You’ll also have experience with assessment marking and supporting learners. Experience in the construction, or related, industry, and some knowledge and understanding of health and safety would be an advantage. Most importantly, you’ll have the passion for making a difference through education.
